Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal within 30 days of receiving your package to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Ensure the hair is in its original state—unwashed, uncut, and with tags attached—then pack it securely in the original Sunber packaging including all free gifts and accessories.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send your package back to our designated fulfillment center for inspection.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the return, we will process your full refund or ship out your selected exchange item within 3-5 business days.
